Dale B. Krieger co-founded K|R|Co in 1995 and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He began his career in 1972 as an account officer with Citibank, N.A, and for approximately six years, beginning in late 1975, he was employed by Kidder, Peabody & Co., First Albany Corporation, and E.F. Hutton & Co., Inc., where he managed individual, corporate and institutional investment portfolios. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnegie Hill and affiliates, a money management and brokerage firm, from 1984 through 1998. During the three years prior to forming Carnegie Hill, he was a Senior Vice President with Warburg, Paribas, Becker Incorporated and headed the firm's Corporate Services Department. Mr. Krieger was born in 1950 and is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Richard A. Ruderman co-founded K|R|Co in 1995 and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a certified public accountant and was with Harold A. Greenburg, C.P.A. and Mendelsohn, Kary, Bell & Natoli, PC, both certified public accounting firms in New York City, from 1977 to 1985. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Carnegie Hill and affiliates from 1985 through 1998. Mr. Ruderman was born in 1955 and is a graduate of Syracuse University.
